Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Pipsly, operated by [BUSINESS ENTITY NAME / REGISTRATION] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app or the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.
1. What the service is
Pipsly is a trade-management system for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) accounts. It does what you tap, on your account: for example moving stop losses to breakeven, closing part or all of your positions, setting take profit and stop loss, daily limits and price alerts. It can run MT5 for you on our servers ("hosted"). The website also offers free calculators.
We are not a broker and we do not give investment advice. We never decide what to trade, we do not hold your money, and we cannot deposit or withdraw for you. Your trading account is with your broker, under your broker's terms.
2. Access
- Pipsly is invite-only. You need an Activation Code from the person who invited you. Each account belongs to the Activation Code it was opened with.
- You must be 18 or over (or the age of majority where you live) and allowed to trade CFDs and forex under your local law.
- An MT5 account can be used with Pipsly only when it is inside Pipsly's server (verified). If it stops being verified, trading from the app stops after a short warning period; the app itself keeps working.
- You may only connect MT5 accounts that are yours, or that you are authorised to manage.
3. Fees
[FEES AND COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE, if required]
If we ever charge a fee, we will tell you the amount in the app before it applies. Your trading costs (spreads, commissions, swaps) are set by your broker.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your app password, your MT5 password and your phone secure. Turn on the Face ID / passcode lock if others use your phone. You are responsible for actions taken in your account.
- Check what a button does before you tap it. Every command acts on the account shown at the top of the screen.
- Keep an eye on your account in MT5 as well. The app is a convenience, not a replacement for watching your trades.
- Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's accounts, overload or attack the servers, reverse-engineer the system, or resell access.
5. How commands are carried out
- A command is sent to your MT5 terminal, which places the request with your broker. Prices can move between your tap and the fill (slippage), and the market can gap.
- If your terminal does not pick a command up within 15 seconds, it is dropped rather than carried out late, and the app tells you.
- The tutorial and practice mode never send anything to MT5.
- Speed figures shown in the app are measurements of our servers at that moment, not a promise about any order.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running 24/5, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, fast or error-free. It depends on the internet, your broker's servers, MT5, our hosting providers and other things outside our control. We may pause the service for maintenance, normally at the weekend when markets are closed.
7. Ending your use
You can unlink an MT5 account in the app at any time, or ask us to delete your account by email at support@pipsly.app or on Telegram at @pipslyadmin1. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or that we are required to close by law. Any trades open at your broker stay open: manage them in MT5.
8. Our liability
Trading is risky, and you make your own trading decisions. To the fullest extent the law allows: the service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for trading losses, missed or delayed commands, slippage, gaps, broker or MT5 outages, or decisions you make based on our calculators or content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Our content
The app, the system, the website and the Pipsly brand belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own trading, but not copy, resell or republish them without permission. The charts use TradingView Lightweight Charts (Apache License 2.0); embedded TradingView widgets are TradingView's.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they apply.
11. Governing law and contact
[GOVERNING LAW]. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first by email at support@pipsly.app or on Telegram at @pipslyadmin1 so we can try to solve it. These terms do not take away any rights your local consumer law gives you.
