Risk Disclosure
Trading CFDs and forex carries a high risk of losing money. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
1. Trading risk
CFDs and forex are leveraged products: small price moves can cause large losses, and you can lose more than you expect. Markets can move fast, gap over your stop loss, or be closed when you want to act.
2. Using Pipsly
- It acts on your real account. Breakeven, partial closes, close all and the other tools change or close real positions as soon as your MT5 terminal carries them out. Check the account shown before you tap. The tutorial and practice mode are the safe places to learn.
- Technology can fail. Your phone, the internet, our servers, MT5 or your broker's servers can be slow or unavailable. A command can arrive late, or be dropped after 15 seconds if your terminal does not pick it up. Keep stop losses on your trades, and do not rely on the app as your only way to manage risk.
- Rules do exactly what you set. Daily limits and price alerts act only while your terminal is running, and they follow your settings exactly, even in fast markets.
- Speed figures describe our servers at that moment. They do not promise how fast, or at what price, any order is filled.
3. Not investment advice
Everything we publish, including calculators and app messages, is for information only. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and it does not take your goals, finances or experience into account. You are responsible for your own trading decisions.
